An anti-inflammatory meal plan, or rather, an action plan. Enter the new year lightly with a renewed and nourishing focus! Focus on these small daily wins; it’s the small victories that will make you feel better and make big changes!

Also, I recommend first finding out your caloric needs through a nutritionist or getting an assessment here. Once you have the information, adjust portion sizes to meet your needs.

1 cup coconut or kefir yogurt (plain) with 2 teaspoons honey and a pinch of cinnamon, plus 1 cup fresh berries and 1 ounce grain-free granola (low nutrition card)
Bone Broth Latte – Optional: ½ avocado sprinkled with black pepper, sea salt, diced cucumber, radish and red onion.
2 or 3 paleo egg rolls, each wrapped in avocado, sauerkraut, or avocado cranberry salsa. Optional side dish: 1 cup detox green smoothie
