Often, I find that digital strategies are just different labels that are shorthand for a longer digital marketing strategy. A digital strategy label may work better in certain types of organizations. In government or some non-profit organizations, developing a “digital marketing strategy” is less appropriate, so digital strategy provides a more appropriate label for managing digital technology.
