Today I wanted to talk to you about personal training mindset. What is the personal practical mindset? So when you start a private practice or expand or grow your own speech therapy private practice, you need to have a certain mindset to achieve certain goals, and that’s not the same mindset. As a worker, I remember when I worked in a nursing home, I had to be there early enough to work with dysphagia patients from 06:30-07:00 am. We have to have breakfast and get everything done and be there early and I have to see him. I had to see all my patients and find out how many patients I had that day. Let’s try to throw in this documentation time to get our mat positions and get off the clock. You don’t want your productivity to drop because you don’t want to get in trouble with the manager. I’ve broken it down into seven parts so you’ll be ready to grow. Number one: You can push boundaries, dream bigger than big, and have a vision. You should revisit this matter. You have to know in your heart that this thing you want to create will work.
For those who are listening deeply to what I’ve said about whether it’s going to work or not, some people love it, they really do. I’ve talked to a lot of people and they want it, they can taste it. They want this personal practice, but they are not ready for it. They have tons of debt. Because I wonder when I talk to people, find me on the contact page / contacts, email me, I pick up the phone and ask them these questions, what kind of loan is there. do you have And some say, “I have ten, fifteen, twenty thousand dollars.” And they weren’t ready yet because what would happen if they hit a pothole in the road and needed money. And people say my credit lines are too high.
I always say when someone is in a lot of debt: “Get out of debt first,” because again, in personal practice, you want to work on yourself. You don’t want to work in a bank. So this is something you should do. You have to push the boundaries. Dream bigger than big and have that vision, but you can’t stay in debt.
Another thing I’ve talked about with people who have substance abuse problems. These will prevent drug users from dying. It is very real. Some people won’t say that, but I’d say it’s very real. You should take care of it before you go. So get your own house in order if you know what I mean.

Number two is risk and reward. That means you have to take healthy risks. You have to push the envelope to make things happen. But like I said earlier, you don’t want to borrow a lot because you work in a bank. But let me say that there is nothing wrong with borrowing a little.
