Yes, 3 days a week is over. If you want to change your body, you have to work for it. The goal is to train 5-6 days a week. I almost never add salt to my food when cooking. Thanks to the salt stored in fast food, packaged and prepared foods, we have increased our salt consumption. Women should consume 1,500 mg of sodium per day or less. By cutting out processed foods, fast foods and convenience foods, you will reduce your salt intake. Add pepper if you think the dish is too mild. You can add as much pepper as you want to your food. To me, it fools me into thinking that salt is added.
